Before you apply you create a profile. The first time you fill the application can take awhile because the assessment questions. After I finished I got an email that my application had been submitted a few hours later I got an email to schedule the interview. I showed up right on time for my interview yet still had to wait 15mins. I was interviewed by one manager as another one watched pretty simple questions it is customer service so they just want to see that you're customer oriented. I was offered a part time position right there but I waited a few days to answer because I applied for full time.

Virtue first. Then, at the store. Interview questions are not hard but hiring manager/s are sketchy. They posted part time positions but when I got into the interview they said their looking for people wanting full time job. So unprofessional to take my time.
