Simple on campus meet and greet. Followed by a preinterview night. Then 1 hour interview that consisted of 2 different people, 30 minutes each. Very laid back and free flowing. People were easy to talk to and you get to guide the feel on the interview. They want to know what you know about the company and know you have a passion for it.
