What ideas can you bring to improve the marketing team that you have not seen from them?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Macy's in Dec 2018
Interview
A two-round interview process. First was a phone with HR - a lot of the typical behavioral questions and a few questions asking why Macy's and why retail and if you like fashion. The second round is with a manager in the department you applied for - this was more about your past work experiences, and they give a marketing scenario and ask you to come up with your own strategy
