Applied online. Received phone call from HR department asking me a few questions about the position and why I thought I would be a good fit. At end of phone call scheduled in person interview. Interviewed with only one person, the marketing team leader. After the interview I was offered an opportunity to do a job shadow. I enjoyed the job shadow and at the end they asked me when I could start.
