The interview was a phone call. It was a straightforward interview where they learned about your job experience and how it applies to the open position. They explain the training, pay, and a detailed overview of what your average week entails.

After sending my application, a recruiter reached out to me to schedule a phone interview during that interview we made sure that our values and workload FX align and from there I was sent to a video interview which was about 45 minutes long pretty standard it did end with several questions, including some quick, theoretical sale scenarios. The next day I received my offer.
