The whole process was very straight forward. I got a text asking to set up a phone interview the day after I applied, Which I set up for the next day. After the phone interview I was asked if I wanted to set up an interview with a hiring manager which I did the following week. The second interview mostly consisted of him explaining the responsibilities for the position. I was offered a job on the spot.
