Fairly relaxed interview process with the HR manager and was individual. Asked knowledge of Madewell Brand and previous relevant experience. Was very transparent with expectations and role. Overall positive experience.
Contacted via phone to organise time in person. I was taken into the office and had a series of questions asked. A practicle situation was roleplayed. Easy process, manager was good.
