Interview
It was a pretty terrible experience. Recruiter wasn't communicative at all. When I arrived I was sat in a white windowless room with the door closed for 30 minutes until the lead designer (I assume) came in to interview me and she hadn't looked at my work prior. Her tone was pretty disrespectful while I showed her my work too. No one walked me out of the studio and I got pretty lost. Needless to say I can know that I wouldn't like working there. Avoid.

Interview
Ultitimately there was many flaws within the recruiters poor level of communication from both ends. I would follow up and got nothing back for days. They also had me do a design challenge AFTER the interview which personally I think it's better to do the design test first and then interview because then it gives them a better sense of what you can do for them. Trying to redeem yourself with a decision challenge doesn't work when they've already made up their mind about you.
