I was contacted by an outside recruiter for this role and first interviewed with one of the founders over Zoom. During that interview, it was determined that I would move forward to another interview with another executive in the Company. And following this interview, I was given a very detailed project, which I spent 10+ hours on and executed very meticulously. Forget about feedback, I did not even get acknowledgment that the project was received or reviewed. Completely unprofessional, this Company has a long way to go in terms of their recruiting process.
