Incredible interview process for tenured job seeker. Previous interviews have lasted several rounds, along with presentations, interview panels with some lasting months prior to extending offer. Magaya's process was a breathe of fresh air. I had two interviews (which I prepared in-depth for, however was so nice not to have to spend hours putting together a deck or doing some formal presentation, at this stage in my career I appreciate they knew I could not get this far without knowing how to put together a presentation). For senior job seekers - Magaya is doing this process right. Also the recruiter I worked with was also top notch. Overall the whole process could not have been better.
