The interview process was very shady and was conducted by two individuals. The interview was suspiciously casual and not many technical questions were asked. Several questions focused on behavioral testing but they did not seem to give a high regard to the answers given. Finally I was asked if I would accept a below-average wage in order to gain more experience in the job first. When I said that I would do this, the two managers left the room and pretended to have some sort of deliberation. As they returned, I was offered the job on the spot. They didn't care about how I answered any of the other interview questions; they only cared that I would accept a lesser wage. Very shady and deceptive. Avoid at all costs.
