After 45 minutes of interviewing with a young lady, whom I had already had a phone interview with a week before, not sure of her title, and she asked me a lot of the same questions that she asked me in the phone interview, most likely because she had said that she was waiting on her manager to come down. The person who was supposed to interview me never came down to the conference room for the interview. Very disappointing, very unprofessional and very rude of the manager.
