Interviewed with contracting company first. I then interviewed with 3rd party HR screening firm. I was then scheduled for an onsite interview, which was cancelled at the last minute due to the hiring manager being OOO. Onsite interview was rescheduled for two weeks later. Three days before onsite interview, Magellan notified contracting firm that they had interviewed another candidate and hired them immediately and that my interview had been canceled. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism by Magellan in not giving me the opportunity to show them what I have to offer. How do they know that they selected the best candidate for the position when they don't bother interviewing the competition?
