I had a phone call with 3 managers and they where the main recruiters for every factory.
The were based in diffrent countries like Germany , Austria and Switzerland.
Their behaviour was kind , formal with professional aspects and the responsible recruiter was the coordinator of the interview and the schedule

Three rounds during the interview process, first round is technical, second round is manager and final round is HR for salary discussion, during the HR round, they asked some questions like salary hike, why should hire you etc

Interview was good but hiring policies are worst. Offer letter with original amount will be handed over after joining.Initially they will offer you lower amount because candidate will look somewhere else. This strategy is not competent in market so I havent joined.
