The interview itself was very simple. However, I was no-showed for my first interview, they then called very apologetically but only offered one time slot to reschedule on the next day. I showed up to that interview and the interviewer was 15 minutes late. Not a good start. Regardless the interviewer was easy and went well and they offered me a second interview. But then 3 days later I got a quick email saying they actually were no longer interested in continuing the interview process. Absolutely no problem with choosing to go another way, my issue was they made the process difficult, kept forgetting about me then verbally said yes let’s meet again then yanked that a few days later. No shame in taking a few days to discuss then offering a second interview. Instead they gave false hope during a difficult job search.
