Magnum Construction Management interview questions

It's a day long process where a group of candidates arrives. Half the day is spent in the field/at the field office looking at a job site. The other is spent round robin style in 4 rooms with candidates asking various questions(ethics, logistics, etc.)

You will deal directly with the head of the department you are applying for. Best if you know someone on the inside that will help yo get the interview. They will have yo come to their office, sit with you and ask you all the typical questions. Very laid back interview process.
