The interview process is rather simplistic as they do not seem interested in what skills you bring to the table, but rather whether or not you are trainable to their processes. This was shared during the initial phone interview, with the anticipation of a second skype or zoom interview with the other director of the dept.
Unfrotunately, after the phone interview and salary range discussion, they came back with an extremely low rate of $2,700/mo. stating this is all they will offer regardless of an individuals knowledge, skills, and abilities. At this time I chose not to proceed with the interview process as the salary is ridiculously low for the position requirements and expectations.
This truly strikes me as odd considering they are a pulling in millions annually, so where is all that money going?
