Via Phone and lasts 10 - 20 mins. After that, I was told I would be contacted for further interviews. That included the CEO and others. I did not make it to the other level.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mailgun Technologies (San Antonio, TX) in Sep 2020
Interview
Pathetic, disrespectful of my time, and unprofessional. I am currently employed, but an internal recruiter at Mailgun reached out about the "AE 1" role. We spoke and he agreed I was overqualified for that position, but they didn't have another role for my experience at the moment, so I agreed to just entertain the process.
After running 15 minutes late and not respecting the fact I could only carve 45 minutes out for what was supposed to be a 30-minute call I quickly got a clear view of the culture. Based on how the sales manager presented herself, it seems clear this company has incredibly poor leadership and carries low-morale/interest in drawing in quality candidates.
If you're someone who likes to do the bare minimum to keep a job, I think this would be a great fit for you. ed up
