After an initial HR interview, I had an interview with Director of Operations. Half hour interview where on screen he told me to bear with me a minute so he could print off my C.V as he hadn't read it yet. However for me the biggest disappointment was that I never got any update of outcome after the interview. Courtesy is to let you know either way but clearly shows how unprofessional the company is.
