The best interview process that I've ever had. Starts with 1on1 talk with one of the directors, half of the interview is about previous experiences and challenges in the past, third of it is about technical depth of knowledge and the rest is your questions about the company. I felt really comfortable during this 1hr interview. If everything okay, I received technical assessment task. Task is fairly difficult and might take some time, but I enjoyed doing it. (if you on mac, make sure you disable your real-time antivirus, because it long polling doesn't work well with it). It took for me few evenings to complete the assessment. (probably ~8hr of work or less if you already know golang) Onsite interview consisted of three rounds, first two rounds are technical/previous experience. And the last one walk through resume, get to know your personality like interview.

Interviewer asked a question and then laughed at the answer given. While I wasn't personally offended by this as I have enough confidence and experience not to be, someone less experienced might be. Very unprofessional and an overall poor reflection on the company.
