The first interview was a one on one conversation about my skills and what i would bring into. the team. The second interview was a group interview where we met with different people around the city.

Very fun and engaging! They made us all feel comfortable and welcomed! There were 2 interview processes. The first one was very generic in that you told them what you were applying for and they showed you the training schedule to see if you could attend all 4 days. Then, the 2nd interview process is done with you and a group of people who also are interviewing for positions. The 2nd interview was really fun and gave you a sense of the culture of Main Event. I also really appreciate the flexibility they provided for interview dates and times, training dates and times, and orientation dates and times. It shows that they value peoples' time and just value people in general.
