I applied online. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Main Line Health (Paoli, PA) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied for a position and was contacted 3 months later to schedule an interview with the recruiter and hiring managers. The interview went very well and background and references checks were also completed. After numerous emails to the non-responsive recruiter, I finally heard back 4 months later to schedule a 2nd interview. After the 2nd interview and again emails asking for updates from a non-responsive recruiter, I waited 2 additional months to receive a generic email stating “thanks for interviewing but we selected another candidate…..” I have worked in a large corporation in the past and with an HR background, I certainly wasn’t expecting that kind of response from an established and well-known organization. I also know of other individuals who have applied for positions at this organization and had a similar experience. The lack of professionalism exhibited during this whole process was quite surprising and eye-opening. What I learned from this experience is there is a lack of empathy and respect during the whole recruitment process and it is obvious that it needs major improvements because it is clearly broken.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Main Line Health (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2022
Interview
The process was messy and unprofessional. The interviewer were rude and refused to hear what I said. Very disappointed. Not sure if they want to hire someone and do it just for fun.
