I had a brief telephone call where they asked about my work experience. Passing that screening, I went into the store for an in person interview where they explained a bit more about t the job and asked me questions about customer service. That was enough screening to have me come into the store and interact with customers.

Interview

I had a total of 2 interviews. 1. Verbal & 2. "Live" interview to see how you are with customers. The hiring process was very easy. Just be yourself and try to get the feel of the vibes at the store. The managers are mostly really chill and easy to talk to. If you have great availability, you're more than sure to get the job. I wore the brands they sell just to give the 'look' of one of their own.
