Loose agenda in terms of being organized, feeling like you were expected. Fairly typical Start Up. Saw the equipment and came away impressed. Didn't really feel that anyone there really knew what they were looking for, and tried to come across as experienced in terms of the questions. Felt to some extent they were going to school by bringing in experienced candidates and then asking them pretty rudimentary questions about how the construction process worked. Overall sense of a smart, well intentioned team trying really hard to get the right people hired, but not enough talent on board at this point to ask the right questions.
