( this position was for Mechanical Design Engineer, Sr. to Staff position) The recrutier contacted me after I had applied online. We had a 30 min phone call - basic stuff were asked like salary requirements , and why changing job etc. After this call, I had an interview with one of the managers. After the interview, no response from recruiter for 2 weeks. After two followups , another recruiter got in touch with me and setup another video interview. Two days after this interview, I was told this would be the last round of video interviews. 6 more interviews were setup with various people ( team members, managers, vice president). I was also asked to give a 20 min presentation on a tough engineering problem. Within two days after the final interview I got a call from the manager saying that they were not offering me the job. Most of the interviews were technical, and the general layout was 30 min going thorugh resume/behavioral questions and 20 min brain teaser questions. The brain teaser questions were on GD&T, heat transfer, mechanical of materials and basic physics. They were tyring to gauge how I brainstrom and come up with solutions. Everyone who interviewed were professional and it was a positive overall experience. I asked questions on runway, financing and they gave me a decent background what I could expect in the next 2 years. It certainly feels like a nice place to work and a cool product to work on.
