They strung me along. Spoke to over 5 people, including their CEO over 4 months. Didn't even have the courtesy to send me a canned rejection email. Lousiest candidate experience I have ever had. Were not transparent about the fact that they want someone onsite 100% of the time until my last interview - which is also very strange, given that its no longer the norm. Arrogant team - know that this will tarnish your employer brand in the long run. There's only so much talent in the Bay area.
