Mainstream Engineering interview questions

Series of 1 on 1 interviews that were mostly technical in nature. The interview process was started with a presentation on a subject of your choice (graduate thesis, project at school, etc.). They grill you after this presentation. The one on one interviews were mostly technical questions to see what your thinking process was. Mainstream also takes you out to lunch in the middle of the interview process.

My resume was in my schools Career Center database. I was contacted by Mainstream through this. They came to the Career Fair held at my school and requested I come talk with them. Upon speaking with them at the Fair, I scheduled an interview for the following day on campus. After that interview, I was flown down to their location in Florida for an onsite interview. I had to give a 30 minute technical presentation on a project I've done. In addition to the presentation, the rest of the day consisted of 5 one-on-one interviews. Most questions were technical in nature.
