I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Maistro (Exeter, England) in Dec 2014
Interview
The whole process was well organised and I felt kept informed at all stages.
The people I met were personable and professional, they were very candid about the challenges for the role and the skills the right person would need to possess to do well in the role.
They also shared spoke openly about the open and accountable environment and pace at the organisation and this might not suit everyone.
The interview challenged me at times but I wasn't ever made to feel uncomfortable and I was listened to.
I found out more about the organisation at each stage and was able to share more about myself.
