I applied online and got a phone screen from a recruiter. I presented my background and experience. I was told that I would get feedback at the end of the week regarding next steps but never got an email until I asked about my application status the following week. All I got was a rejection notice with parts copy and pasted from a book "Managing to Change the World: The Nonprofit Manager's Guide to Getting Results" page 104 with no meaningful feedback. Very unprofessional that you just pull rejection notices from online.
