The HR coordinator I spoke with via email and phone was more than pleasant to speak with, very engaging and quick to set up my follow-up. From there it was downhill. I arrived on time via video. Waited for about 8 minutes, no problem for me, but upon joining, the person who would be hiring was driving, no video, and had little to zero focus on what we were actually discussing. When I asked a question, I could tell the bewilderment that had been set upon them. Ask about some of the current struggles their Licensees were experiencing, easiest response was they don't speak English. Overall, just an unprofessional experience, lack of knowledge on where they'd like the position to go and how this person could help underperforming units; with the amount that were indicated, I realized quickly that it wasn't the stations themselves but the performance from the corporate side.
