I saw their job posting on Craigslist and applied. Within a few days I got a call from Gina, answered a few questions about my resume, and then we schedule an interview from 3-5 the following Friday. It was supposed to be four 30 minute interviews with Gina, Kathi, Eric, and Kendra. I got there Friday after driving 3.5 hours from Houston. I talked to Gina and then Kendra, who both asked me a few questions and made it seem like they had never seen my resume before. After Kendra left, Gina came back in and told me that Eric and Kathi were in a meeting, and would call me if they wanted to talk to me. Then she showed me out. The whole thing took about 15 minutes instead of 2 hours.
Since it was a part time position and I'd been told it could transition to full time, I asked what the main factor in that would be. I was told it would be if there was enough work for it to make sense, which was followed by "Plus if we really like someone we'll find a spot for them." Good to know if you're bad at your job but really personable, this might be a great fit for you.
Even if they were to make me an offer, I would turn them down. Don't bother wasting your time on these clowns.
