Interview
Unprofessional and disrespectful. I got multiple job offers at once. I politely and professionally rejected Makse Group’s offer. The email notification of the rescinded offer had the comment: “candidate wasn't serious and wasted our time”.
The pay is low for the Denver area. They seem to be aware of this, as the CEO suggested I get a roommate during the final interview. All of the senior management is remote in other states. I genuinely don’t understand why this role is in-person.
I feel like I dodged a bullet, especially after reading other reviews. I suggest other prospective candidates do the same, and skip this company.

Standard interview questions, I recorded interview questions and had 3 virtual interviews. The last interview contains a "case study", in which you pretend to be a consultant.

Interview
After applying, I was asked to submit a recorded interview where I responded to three questions. After succeeding at that, I was asked to do a virtual interview with one of the consulting managers.
A three round interview process includes an initial phone screen, a second interview with the hiring manager, and a final interview with leadership or the team to confirm the fit
Phone screen with 3 rounds of video interviews before receiving an offer. The offer was what was disclosed from the very beginning which was good, but I took another role on account of the overwhelmingly negative reviews for the company.
