Bearing in mind this is a staffing company, the interview process started as expected. It began with a phone interview and then an in person interview with the hiring manager. I was told by the hiring manager that I would be contacted and scheduled for a top grading interview. She even explained she had interviewed a couple others but I was the only one that had what she was looking for. When I did not hear within a week I sent a brief e mail and just inquired and she apologized about being busy and again said she hoped to get the interview scheduled. Weeks later still never heard anything and contacted recruiter who told me that he thought they were going with another candidate but he would let me know for sure when final decision was made. I even had some business prospects to refer and wanted to give them the info but they were not interested enough to just tell me they selected another candidate ! No big deal and part of the career world! Very unprofessional and rude especially from a staffing agency! Just be honest!
