Seems like it would be a nice place to work. Very nice people. Process started with a phone interview. Pretty in-depth. I told them all about my experience and/or lack thereof concerning different tools and aspects of the job. I was very honest and upfront about my strengths, weaknesses, and experience. Was called to come in for an on-site interview. 3.5 hours, meeting with 8 different people. I didn't get the job, I was told, based on my lack of experience in certain areas. Thing is, they knew this based on my initial interview, as well as in my resume'. Why did they have to take a half day and put me through the ringer when they could have disqualified me from the very beginning? Frustrating.
