      Human Resources Interview

      Jul 17, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Long Beach, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Managed Resources (Long Beach, CA) in Mar 2018

      Interview

Several phones calls. First two people were detailed and knowledgeable regarding the field and the needs as they applied to this position/Company. The next three people, not so much. One was embarrassing. Would have never had him interface with a potential. The others were not prepared as all tree clearly did not read the resume before they got on the phone. One stayed on mute the entire time--had no questions. Position has been available for several months which may indicate Company does not know what skillset or value required for this position or its based on personalities more than professionalism.
