One Phone Interview with a recruiter from Spain, followed by 2 Skype interviews one with someone in Birmingham, the next with someone in Spain. Poor communication between hiring staff and the office associates. Cancelled on me once and the next time they were 45 mins late to the call. Not a great experience with HR department but associates were all nice and very helpful.

Applied online, received a phonetical within 3 hours and asked to attend interview at London office 4 days later. First round consisted of numerical test (relatively easy but no calculator), group introduction, and group business case. Second round with HR about CV. Third round with manager (motivations for MS, future career aspirations, talk me through your CV, easy mathematical brain teasers). Fourth round with partner, similar things, but easier and less in depth. Waiting to hear back to see if i have an offer.
