Interview
First they review your CV and your average at college (+90 required). Then you have to take math and english tests and a group dynamic where you are asked to solve a determined problem working as a Consultant for MS. Following up, there is a Manager interview where you are asked some financial and logical questions and some general information about the firm. Lastly you get interviewed by a Partner which focuses on personal questions and gives you a talk about how great is MS and how the banking market is changing.

Easy going, personable. You will do several rounds with many different levels of seniority. A mix of technical and general questions. You will meet managers, seniors, and a partner. Overall a great experience.

Simple interview with some logical questions. It was more about to know the interviewee. Had to answer questions like what my hobbies were, education, grades, etc. And it was about that, just being yourself.
three stages, each interview roughly 30 mins. it went quite smoothly, although some interviewers were inexperienced and asked standard questions. apart from this it was good, no real complaints. Not a lot of very tough questions
