Interview
Four phases of interview: first an exam about economy and other about English, and after two case studies in group, second an interview with HR, third interview with a manager and the last one an interview with a partner.
Constó de cuatro fases: entrevista grupal, con RRHH, con Project Manager (un poco más técnica) y finalmente, con socio. Fueron preguntas realmente sencillas y más o menos, siendo natural, se pasa fácil.
The process in general proved to be quite agile and effective. At times it did not seem very challenging, given that some interviews had a "conversational" bias. The logical reasoning test also did not seem very challenging, it could have been something in the GMAT standard. The group dynamics seemed confusing to me.
