Interview
- Phone call with the HR just as a follow up to submitting your CV etc online
- Numerical reasoning test and HR meeting phase: Went into their offices in London where the receptionist of the company was not aware that a recruitment event was taking place so there was a bit of confusion - quite unprofessional! Test was the usual numerical test lots of time pressure and also no calculator! The invitation email said that a Group Dynamic Exercise would follow but that did not happen (it was 2 other people and myself), we only chatted with the HR through Hangouts (just a meet and greet).
- HR interview: HR interviewer called me 30 minutes late although I had specified that I would do the interview during my lunch break from work and stressed my concerns about time constraints. So that was also quite unprofessional!
Interview was very basic all about your CV, uni, education, previous work experience etc.
They had asked me to submit my latest CV and transcript online although the interviewer had the previous version...

Bueno y rápido, no requiere de mucho esfuerzo del candidato pero si de conocimiento acerca de la empresa donde te preguntarán si ya los conoces y cual ha sido tu acercamiento con esa empresa
The interview process involved several rounds, but communication afterward was extremely poor. After completing the interviews, I never received a formal update, rejection, or feedback. Multiple follow-ups over several weeks went unanswered.
Scheduled for a screening and then a first round group interview, then was told that we would head back in two weeks but was completely ghosted, I would avoid this company at all cost, it seems like they are only looking for a specific ethnicity to work for them, and they are also very unprofessional, pay seems to be below market as well, and the project they worked on are also very niche and limited, so I would say to avoid this company no matter what.
