You get an email asking for a screening interview with someone with hr then you have 3 Google Hangout interviews differing in levels of technical complexity. However, either due to lack of competence, lack of professional standards, being overworked, or whatever, they won't follow up with you after a certain point in the interview process nor will they respond to emails.
