Es un proceso muy riguroso y selectivo pues es por varias fases y cada fase es excluyente. Consideran mucho tu desempeño académico en la universidad asi como tu experiencia en proyectos
En primer lugar me entrvisto RRHH, de forma bastante estándar salvo algunas preguntas complejas para ver como razonaba. Posteriormente y por último, una entrevista con el socio que fue bastante sencilla.
