Interview
I applied online from a posting I saw on indeed. Got an email asking to come to an interview at the mango location on oxford street. I confirmed I was attending by email. About two days after I went to the store to have an interview and there was about 16 people there. There was a group assessment and then a one on one assessment. In the group assesment we were asked to rank in order from 1-12 our most important to least important priorities. After that, we went around the room and said what our first and last priority were. We were then put in pairs and were asked to sell an item to our partner in front of the group. Then we went outside and were called back one at a time for one on ones.

Interview
First round is CV screening, if you have a fashion background in work experience or studies then you might be selected for round 2. Round 2 is group interview. I had group of 8. Then round 3 is personal interview with the store manager. They call you in a week if you're successful. I got the call in 4 days.
The interview was with the assistant manager, very informal and lasted less than 10 minutes. The questions were along the lines of asking your availability and if you had any other commitments, what kind of experience you have etc.
