It was an one-step application. Applied online and got an phone interview schedule the next week. I was not able to have a one to one interview so I had a phone interview instead. Communication before the interview was all through email. they replied fast and very informative. The phone interview last for fifteen minutes. I was not ready for it and it was not the organization I've been looking for.
