I was contacted to schedule an interview about a week after I applied. The person asked me to provide my availability for an interview, which I promptly did. Instead of scheduling an interview during a time that worked for both of us, they randomly called me several days later during a time I was unavailable. After an unanswered return call and a few follow-up emails from me, they finally scheduled an interview but did not attend. I have not heard from MSG since. This experience was a complete waste of my time, and I'm glad it did not get any further. It's better to know sooner than later that a company does not respect or value your time. Unfortunately, my experience does not seem to be unique for MSG, though I'm still surprised at how unprofessional the experience was.
