They wasted my time. A recruiter reached out to me, asking me to apply. I meet the qualifications for the role. They dragged me through the entire process. I even took time off my job for a site visit and interview, which wasn't scheduled consecutively. They reached out to schedule me for one time, and a day before, they called me, saying someone on the interview panel had a death in the family, but really, they were bringing someone else in to interview them. Not very honest. When I saw that everyone in there was of a certain race I knew "I wouldnt be what they were looking for."
