I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Marathon Petroleum
Interview
The interview was an easy conversation. I talked to the recruiters at my school and then met with them the next day. Only behavioral questions. Nothing was surprising, just basic conversation and explaining some school work/previous internships
All STAR based questions, in person screening after a college career fair. Asking mostly about experience and prior engineering work and position was more process oriented. Brief, maybe 30 minutes altogether.
