Interview
Interview process included an HR representative and an accounting manager. HR asked more basic questions at the beginning of the interview. The accounting manager focused more on situational and accounting questions.
All STAR based questions, in person screening after a college career fair. Asking mostly about experience and prior engineering work and position was more process oriented. Brief, maybe 30 minutes altogether.

STAR questions easy apply, interview next day after applying at career fair the day before. Two recruiters in the room, no technical interview. On campus, i went in to interview and they had me go into the Harry Potter room. I loved the Harry Potter room.
