I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Marathon Petroleum (Detroit, MI) in Dec 2021
Interview
Very long and thorough process, I didn't get a job but seemed like a great place to work, long walk to room with a panel of three people which left me out of breath because I was recovering from Covid is what I believe cost me when I couldn't speak to start the interview. A technical interview then HR with a similar setup.
