Relaxed, outdoors, nice. They have new owners now though, so I hear it is more strict. The interviewer was super nice and looked for candidates who smiled throughout the whole process and worked well in a busy environment.

the interview was super brief, manager explained the role and its responsiblities, it was done virtually over zoom, not many questions were asked and the manager just really wanted to know about my personality
got a call back the day I applied, Informal, generic questions, past work experiences, abilities. Questions like why would you be a great fit to the company, tell me about yourself, what are your strengths and weaknesses? etc
