I applied though recruiter. First round was call on the phone, it was interesting with lot of statistical tech questions provided by smart interviewer. Second round was disappointing... I even did not see every one who I talked to, they doesn't care how big experience you have, just watching you to write the code with share screen. It is "old fashioned" interview style and in nowadays is nonsense, only Not confident interviewer will ask you to code during interview. No respect to your expertise at all.
